Technical Resourcer / Recruiter


We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our EU Institutions recruitment team. If you are passionate about recruitment and the IT industry, and have strong communication skills, this is a great opportunity to advance your career in a fast-paced, international environment. Proactively source eligible candidates from various recruitment channels like LinkedIn, job boards & professional networks. Manage the end – to -end recruitment process of client-based open positions. Additional adhoc tasks may be assigned depending on overall performance and team needs. Bachelor’s degree. Experience: At least 1 year of IT recruitment experience post-internship or 2 years of general recruitment experience. Languages: Fluent in English and at least one other European language. Ability to manage several open positions and the recruitment process at once. High energy, passion for recruitment, and a proactive mindset. Openness to feedback and collaboration with diverse teams in the EU Institutions delivery unit. Flexibility and a proactive attitude in taking the autonomous lead on recruitment open positions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools. Work in a multicultural, supportive team where collaboration and continuous learning are valued. ~3 days of home office. ~ Access to an internal training platform, allowing you to pick from various learning possibilities.
