Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role located in Hong Kong SAR, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Market Analyst / Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting market analysis, performing in-depth research, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, preparing reports, synthesizing data, and collaborating with team members to inform program strategies and initiatives. The role also involves clear and effective communication of findings to diverse stakeholders. Qualifications Proficiency in Market Analysis and Market Research techniques Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex data Experience in conducting detailed Research to inform decision-making Exceptional Communication skills for preparing reports and presentations Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Economics, Market Research, Urban Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Prior experience in non-profit or urban development sectors is an advantage Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is a plus
