Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Digital Technology Lead Internal Manufacturing, with at least 10 years of experience to join us in our Digital Manufacturing and Engineering team, based in our Braine-l'Alleud office in Belgium.
About the role
As Digital Technology Lead Internal Manufacturing, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the digital strategy that supports UCB's global manufacturing operations. Your focus will be on the deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management of Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) systems to drive standardization, efficiency, and compliance across sites. You will lead the delivery of secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant digital solutions that enable manufacturing excellence and support UCB's Patient Supply strategy. This global role has strategic impact across key production sites in Belgium, Switzerland, and Japan.
Who you'll work with
You will be part of the Digital Technology Backbone, collaborating closely with global experts from Manufacturing, Quality, Technical Operations, and IT. Your work will span multiple sites and functions, engaging with stakeholders across the organization to deliver digital capabilities that support operational excellence, innovation, and business continuity.
