UA Consulting is an international consulting project focused on delivering strategic advisory services for companies entering, investing in, or operating in Ukraine.

We provide full-cycle strategic support — from initial idea and market entry strategy to operational implementation and post-investment advisory.

Our expertise includes:

• Strategic consulting and organizational strategy.
• M&A and post-merger integration.
• Transformation and restructuring.
• Operational models and KPI systems.
• Crisis and regular management practices.
• EU grant advisory and investment support.
• Corporate governance and board-level consulting.

We work with mid-size and large companies, including private businesses, commercial groups, and international corporations. Our client base spans multiple sectors: B2B, B2C, FMCG, construction, building materials, food production, agriculture, and more.

We are looking for independent partners with strong corporate or C-level experience, proven involvement in strategic and operational projects, and the ambition to grow within a serious and professional consulting environment.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and lead consulting projects — from strategic initiatives to full operational implementation.
• Identify new opportunities and help shape the long-term development of our consulting platform.
• Work closely with clients across sectors and regions, representing UA Consulting in high-level dialogues.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals committed to delivering meaningful results and building value for businesses in and around Ukraine.

We are building a network of professionals with diverse experience — in strategy, operations, project management, governance, investment, or business development.

Fluency in English is required.

Other European languages are a plus.
