We are currently seeking a Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Specialist with extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic communication plans and managing multi-stakeholder engagement to support a prestigious European Institution in Brussels. 🔍🇪🇺

🖥️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, implement and monitor strategic communication plans aligned with program and policy objectives;
• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement through targeted campaigns, consistent messaging and relationship management;
• Coordinate internal and external communication efforts, ensuring clarity and alignment across all channels;
• Organize meetings, workshops and events to facilitate collaboration and share information with diverse stakeholders.

📝 REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in in communication and stakeholder relationship management (preferably in a public or EU institutional context);
• Strong knowledge of communication strategies, stakeholder engagement best practices and information campaign development;
• Excellent writing, presentation and coordination skills;
• At least one certifications such as PM², PMP, CCP or equivalent;
• University degree in relevant fields;
• Fluency in English (C1) and French (B2);
• Ability to work in multicultural and international settings.

This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence at the Brussels office 1 or 2 days per week. 📍
