Human Resources Director F/M – Belgium and Luxembourg

Your Mission :

Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a team of 5 HR professionals, you will:

• Define and implement an HR strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, mobility, evaluation, and offboarding
• Ensure compliance with Belgian and Luxembourgish labor laws, in close collaboration with social secretariats, prevention services, and legal partners
• Manage social relations and maintain a constructive dialogue with employee representatives
• Develop and mentor your HR team to foster their growth and engagement
• Establish and monitor HR performance indicators and reporting to management

Your Profile :

• Degree in HR, Social Law, Labour Sciences, or equivalent
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a generalist or senior HR role
• Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and good understanding of Luxembourgish labor law (or willingness to learn)
• Fluency in French, English, and Dutch (spoken and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and talent for fostering engagement
• Proficiency with HR tools and software (MS Office, HRIS, etc.)
