Director of Projects

Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Director of Projects based in Hong Kong SAR, with some flexibility to work from home. The Director of Projects will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints. They will provide strategic guidance to project teams, maintain stakeholder communication, and implement best practices to optimize project outcomes. Additionally, they will be responsible for risk management and reporting progress to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven project management expertise, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities to guide and oversee project teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Ability to analyze data, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies effectively
Familiarity with industry standard methodologies and frameworks for project management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus
