Your mission is at the heart of this transformation. Your objective is to galvanise, structure and develop the sales team, while maintaining a strong presence in the field.
You will support the sales representatives in their performance, their commercial approach and their ability to develop new business, existing customers as architects, engineering offices, installers, wholesale and direct customers.
At the same time, you will personally take charge of certain strategic key accounts to strengthen Trilux's presence in high-impact projects.
