We are launching a critical Executive Search function to support one of our most ambitious global partners in the delivery and logistics space. We are looking for an experienced Executive Search Talent Partner to own leadership requisitions (VP-level and above) across the APAC region.
This role is about quality over quantity. You will be responsible for \"white-glove\" delivery, acting as a strategic advisor to C-suite stakeholders and mapping competitive markets to find the 1% of leadership talent. If you have a background in top-tier search firms or in-house executive leadership hiring, this is your chance to build a premier search function within Tribe.
Contract: Full-time B2B (Must be able to invoice as an independent contractor)
Location: Remote (APAC-based)
Language: Native or Professional Fluency in English is mandatory (minimum C1)
What You'll Do
White-Glove Delivery: Lead high-stakes end-to-end executive searches for the APAC market, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for senior candidates and stakeholders.
Strategic Advising: Partner directly with VP-level and C-suite leaders to define leadership personas, advise on market availability, and manage expectations through data-driven insights.
Market Mapping & Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into the APAC talent landscape, identifying and engaging leadership profiles in fragmented markets.
Proactive Talent Pooling: Stay ahead of the curve by building \"ready-now\" networks for common executive personas, ensuring Tribe is prepared to present candidates as soon as roles open.
Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the face of Tribe, representing our brand and our client's brand with extreme professionalism and discretion.
Who You Are
Executive Search Expert: You bring 7+ years of total recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on Executive Search or Leadership hiring (Director level and above).
APAC Market Specialist: You have a proven track record of successfully navigating and closing senior roles in APAC hubs (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia).
High-Level Communicator: You possess the \"Executive Presence\" required to influence senior leaders. Your communication is clear, authoritative, and tailored for C-suite interaction.
Independent Operator: You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable \"talent-pooling\" against a skeleton brief while waiting for final calibrations.
Consultative Mindset: You don't just fill roles; you solve leadership puzzles and provide the \"white-glove\" service level that executive search requires.
