This role is responsible for contributing to revenue growth across our enterprise client base by managing and expanding strategic relationships with global financial institutions. The position holds direct accountability for renewals, expansion and long-term client value creation across a defined portfolio, including clients operating across the EMEA region.
The role is best suited to candidates with a strong, hands-on securities finance background. While prior quota-carrying sales experience is not required, the position operates in a revenue-accountable commercial environment and requires the credibility to engage senior stakeholders, identify growth opportunities and support complex, structured enterprise engagements.
Operating at a senior client-facing level, the role focuses on expanding multi-product adoption across our full solutions portfolio and strengthening long-term strategic partnerships. The position contributes directly to EMEA revenue performance through disciplined account planning, executive engagement and coordinated commercial execution within regulated financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise securities finance clients, with responsibility for renewals, relationship management and revenue expansion across securities lending and financing workflows.
- Support revenue growth through renewals and expansion by identifying securities finance-driven use cases, informed by client trading activity, post-trade processes, balance sheet constraints and regulatory considerations.
- Develop and maintain structured account plans reflecting client securities finance strategies, market activity, regulatory environment, renewal cycles and expansion opportunities. Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders across client organisations
- Position us as a strategic partner by aligning client business objectives with our platform, data, trading, post-trade and regtech capabilities
- Expand product adoption across front office, operations, technology and compliance by articulating how our solutions address securities finance workflow efficiency, risk management and regulatory obligations.
- Manage renewal processes end-to-end, ensuring continuity of service, revenue retention and identification of incremental growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting inputs and CRM data in line with EMEA commercial governance
- Partner closely with product, client success, legal and senior leadership teams to deliver coordinated and well-governed commercial outcomes
- Participate in executive-level business reviews, linking client outcomes to our product roadmap and value delivery
- Represent us as a senior securities finance practitioner at industry events, client forums and market engagements across EMEA.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, contractual and internal compliance requirements at all times
Required Experience and Skills
- 8+ years of direct, hands-on experience within securities finance (e.g. securities lending, borrowing, collateral management, balance sheet or financing), within a bank, broker-dealer or agent lender environment
- Fluency in both French or German & English. This role requires the judgment and credibility to represent the firm as a senior securities finance expert with strategic clients
- Ability to independently engage credibly with senior trading, treasury, risk and operations stakeholders on detailed securities finance topics, without reliance on technical SMEs
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, articulate value and support pricing and contract discussions
- Experience contributing to complex, consultative, multi-stakeholder commercial processes or long-cycle client engagements
- Comfort operating in a revenue-accountable environment, with an understanding of renewals, expansion and client lifetime value, even if not previously holding a direct sales quota
- Strong financial literacy, with a structured and disciplined approach to account planning, forecasting inputs and revenue tracking
- Ability to collaborate effectively within global, matrixed organisations and cross-functional teams
