Business Analyst

We are seeking a curious, detail-oriented Analyst who thrives on asking the right questions. In this role, you won't just crunch numbers—you'll dig beneath the surface to uncover insights that others miss. You’ll play a critical part in shaping strategic decisions by constantly probing, challenging assumptions, and helping the team understand the “why” behind the data.

It would be important for you to know some Dutch and to already be living in the Antwerp area

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes, customer behavior, and market dynamics through persistent inquiry and critical thinking.
• Design and conduct analyses with a clear focus on uncovering unknowns, testing hypotheses, and answering open-ended business questions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify ambiguous problems, reframe challenges, and define the real questions that need to be answered.
• Continuously question existing metrics, dashboards, and reports—ensuring they still provide relevant insights.
• Use data visualization and storytelling to clearly communicate findings, highlight patterns, and surface unexpected results.
• Recommend actionable strategies backed by data and driven by original questioning and deep analysis.
• Champion a culture of curiosity across teams by promoting thoughtful inquiry and open-ended exploration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in an analytical or strategic role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to frame and investigate complex questions with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for understanding the “why” behind trends, behaviors, and outcomes—not just the “what.”
