Fundraising & Investor Relations Associate

Top Tier Access (TTA) is a private equity fund of funds investing internationally across leading buyout, growth and venture managers. We work with more than 300 investors – entrepreneurs, family offices and institutions – and consider it a privilege to serve them. The Role

Investor Relations at TTA is central to the firm. You will help raise capital and sustain high-trust relationships with our investors while keeping the engine room running to a high standard: following up on investor questions, maintaining reporting discipline, supporting onboarding (KYC/AML) and helping investors navigate fund documents. You’ll participate in investment committees, attend AGMs and join private equity conferences to build both knowledge and network.

What you will do

• Build and deepen relationships with prospective and existing investors
• Manage fundraising pipelines and maintain CRM discipline
• Prepare and update PPMs, DDQs and presentations
• Take full ownership of quarterly reporting
• Organise AGMs, webinars and thematic meetings
• Support onboarding (including KYC/AML) and respond promptly to investor queries

Who you are

• At least three years of relevant experience
• Strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills
• Ability to wear multiple hats, perform well under pressure and self-initiate
• Acute attention to accuracy and detail
• Highly motivated, independent and adaptable
• Fluent in English; French, Dutch or other European languages are a plus
