Operations Project

Do you want to strengthen the Operations team of Tomorrowland with your organizational skills and project management expertise? Do you have experience in project coordination and planning, and are you ready to play a key role within a dynamic team? RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You manage the timeline, deadlines, and planning of all projects and events.
• You coordinate with all subteams and ensure that each subteam completes their action points within the set deadlines.
• You act as a link between departments such as Communication and Development to streamline internal processes.
• You support the Head of Operations with administrative tasks, PO follow-up, and team-related responsibilities.
• You maintain an overview across all projects and events.
• You are strong in administration but also capable of critically evaluating and improving processes.
• You translate project meetings into clear to-do's for the team.
• You think logically, work accurately, and connect with other departments when needed.

MUST HAVES:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in project coordination and planning.
• You have completed an education with a focus on project management.
• You possess strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• You have an eye for detail and immediately spot when something is off.
• You can see the bigger picture within the team or company.
• You can handle multiple projects simultaneously and keep everything running smoothly.
• You thrive under healthy pressure and working with deadlines energizes you.
• You are a social person who feels perfectly at home in a young entertainment company.
