RESPONSIBILITIES

This is your challenge

As an Email Marketeer, newsletters and other communication channels are totally your thing. You are passionate about the Tomorrowland brand and all its related projects and brands. You love working in an international context. You think creatively, have an eye for detail, and work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead and the entire marketing team. You breathe media, events, and communication and closely follow the trends in these sectors.

What exactly will you do?

  • You are responsible for designing, setting up, and executing various email campaigns (newsletters, dedicated emails, event invites, promotional campaigns, and automated email campaigns).
  • You conceptualize, develop, and manage the newsletter content planning in a multibrand organization with different projects, brands, and events of (including: Tomorrowland Belgium, Tomorrowland Winter, Tomorrowland Brazil, , Terra Solis, Tomorrowland Music, One World Radio, Tomorrowland Academy, and other Tomorrowland presents: … projects).
  • Execution of marketing and communication projects, such as setting up campaigns and multi-channel journeys like email and WhatsApp.
  • Creating, analyzing, and optimizing emails, templates, and A/B tests to increase the impact and performance of communications.
  • Supporting the Tomorrowland Marketing Team and other business units in further developing email marketing.
  • Based on data, segmentation, and targeting using customer data, behavior, and interactions, you know how to reach the right audiences. Cross-sell and up-sell tactics are second nature to you.
  • You monitor the performance of campaigns and automated journeys based on KPIs (Open rates, CTR, CTOR, conversions, unsubscriptions, and ROI), and analyze and report the results to optimize campaign impact.

MUST-HAVES

  • You have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in (digital) marketing, multimedia and creative technology, or another relevant education in digital marketing.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You are passionate about everything related to email marketing, data, and apps.
  • You are up to date with the latest media and communication trends and are eager to deepen your knowledge.
  • You work independently, take initiative, and have great attention to detail.
  • Email marketing tools hold no secrets for you, and managing, optimizing, and analyzing them does not scare you. (For example: Insider, Hubspot, Stripo, or other similar tools)
  • You have empathy and a creative eye to clearly convey various messages via email or WhatsApp to the end user.
  • You play an advisory role, and the team can rely on your insights.
  • You have basic to advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS and know how to deliver beautiful, converting emails to the end user's inbox.
  • You are a creative all-rounder who ensures, with an aesthetic eye, graphic and copywriting skills, that emails get opened and generate clicks.
  • You are skilled in interpreting and leveraging data, familiar with GDPR principles, and can set up marketing automation journeys based on this.
  • You have strong communication skills and are creative enough to turn a blank page into a detailed briefing.
  • You have the necessary language skills in Dutch and English. French and/or Spanish is a plus.
  • You work accurately, can handle multiple projects simultaneously, and respect deadlines.
  • You safeguard the brand identity of different brands and take care of the tone of voice.
  • You don't settle for "OK" but have an analytical mindset and constantly look for ways to optimize campaigns.
