Internship - Event Operations

Tomorrowland's Operations team focuses on the operational handling of the festival. Ticketing, Crew, Customer Service and communication are some of its core tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Intern Event Operations, you will be part of the team that is responsible for;

• Crew Costumes: Support the end-to-end process of crew and staff costume management (tracking orders, fittings, deliveries).
• Fulfillment: Assist in the preparation and follow-up of the bracelet fulfillment process (checking databases, verifying labels, tracking shipments, troubleshooting with partners).
• Cashless & Access Support: Follow up on processes related to Cashless & Access systems.
• Vendor & Partner Coordination: Assist in communication with external partners and internal departments.
• Onsite Operations: Provide hands-on support during the festival build-up, live days, and breakdown.
• Event Configuration: Contribute to system testing and document the results.
• Project Tracking & Documentation: Maintain overviews, update checklists and timelines, and report to the Event Operations team.
• General Support: Jump in and assist across different Event Operations tracks where needed.

MUST-HAVES

• You're a student in Communication (management), Languages, Event & Project management, Hospitality… or any other relevant field of study.
• You're flexible and prepared to work (very) hard – also outside of regular office hours
• You have good computer skills (especially Microsoft Office Excel)
• Spelling and grammar are your strengths, and you have a good knowledge of English, Dutch and French, any other languages are a surplus
• You're a problem solver, you're strong in time management, you have a sense of responsibility, and you can work independently
• You are available for a period of minimum 12 weeks, ideally starting in February/March 2026
