Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Service Manager to join our team in Belgium. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our distributor network across Europe. You will act as the technical backbone for our partners, ensuring smooth installations, effective troubleshooting, and high-quality technical training.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to distributors across European countries.
• Assist with critical machine installations and commissioning.
• Conduct hands-on repairs and interventions when needed.
• Train distributor service teams on Tolon products and procedures.
• Collaborate with distributors during complex service cases and conduct joint customer visits when required.
• Act as a liaison between Tolon HQ and local service partners to ensure consistent service standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience with industrial laundry equipment or similar industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
• Fluency in English (additionally French).
• Self-driven, hands-on, and adaptable to diverse work environments.
• EU work authorization required.
