Responsibilities

- Loading and unloading machines and parts.

- Order picking and packing parts.

- Arranging transportation for machines and parts.

- Preparing necessary transport documentation.

- Managing inventory (machines and parts) while adhering to minimum stock levels.

- Ordering parts as needed.

- Processing the inflow and outflow of parts and machines in the ERP system and warehouse management software.

- Using ZOHO ticket system, Basecamp and GDrive Tools

- Preparing parts for technicians.

- Adding or removing options on machines.

- Organizing and structuring the warehouse.

- Acting as a backup for the Back Office Manager.

Profile Requirements

- Relevant education to successfully perform the role.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position.

- Ambition to grow with the company and take on increasing responsibilities.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Fluent in English and Dutch both writing and speaking also French is a plus.

- Hands-on mentality.

- Technical background is an advantage.
