Position Name: Customer Success Manager

Position Description:
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful onboarding, launching, and ongoing management of our clients. You will play a key role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth while acting as a trusted partner to help clients maximize the value of our solutions. As a part of our dynamic team, you will thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity with confidence and creativity. This position is fully remote, with occasional travel for client meetings or team events as needed. You must be based in the US.
Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Launch: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding. Develop customized onboarding plans to ensure a seamless transition and successful launch. Conduct training sessions to empower clients to effectively utilize our solutions.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their advocate within the company. Regularly engage with clients to assess their satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth. Proactively monitor client usage, providing insights and recommendations to maximize value.
Client Retention & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to improve client satisfaction and ensure long-term retention. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning them with our offerings.
Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on client satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs
Healthcare Experience is required. You have worked in the healthcare space and have a working understanding and command over how independent practices get paid, the lifecycle of a claim, and the pain points a practice may be experiencing lending itself to a need for Thrivory's services.
Finance experience is nice to have but not required. Knowledge of financial products, factoring, or revenue cycle management is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. You can effectively communicate your ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You're comfortable with ambiguity, can adapt quickly to change, and possess a strong bias for action.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Experience with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators:
Consistently achieve and maintain above an 80% CSAT score.
Achieve and maintain a NPS of 40 or higher measure quarterly
Demonstrate measurable improvements in client retention and account growth.
Analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement in our processes and offerings.
Salary/Benefits:
$110,000 - $130,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
