We are looking for an experienced PMO Consultant to join our team and work in dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) environments at our leading clients in the Brussels region. This position is ideal for consultants with a strong delivery mindset who enjoy working on long-term assignments within large project-driven organizations to ensure impact and stability.
Key Responsibilities
Teamwork: be an integral part of a PMO environment at one of our leading clients.
Support & Guide Project Managers: Support project and program managers with planning, reporting, and governance activities.
Process Ownership: Set up and manage PM(O) processes, templates, and tools.
Monitoring: Monitor progress, risks, and budgets across projects.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear reports to stakeholders.
Consultancy & Advisory: Advise on best practices and continuously improve PMO methodologies.

Who are we looking for?
Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus
You have years of experience in PMO and/or project management
Ability to coach project managers and guide them through structured project delivery
Proven experience in customer-facing project environments
You possess strong soft skills such as stakeholder management, communication skills and can adapt to various client working environments
You are willing to work from our clients' sites
You go beyond predefined structures, align with the client's needs, and adapt your way of working as the situation evolves.
