We are looking for SaaS sales candidates who live in Belgium or the Netherlands and can operate in English and one or both French and/or Dutch to a professional level.

Serving 5000+ enterprise clients across the USA, the Middle East, and the APAC region, while scaling up operations now in the EU region. Growing at 70% CAGR over the last three years and currently tracking at $40M recurring revenue, while planning to go for an IPO in the next 2 years.

About the Role


The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for the company's revenue growth in Europe. In this role, you’ll be establishing long-lasting relationships with major clients, understanding their needs, using that knowledge to introduce our offerings and convincing CXOs to buy our solutions and help sales managers to achieve their and team revenue targets. On most days, this role requires you to be on the field, proactively engaging with leads and selling to them in person.


What will you do?


● Understand the suite of products and communicate value to CFOs of Enterprise in Europe

● Effectively navigate target organizations (end users, influencers, decision makers) and manage the end-to-end sales cycles within defined timeline

● Gather competitive landscape insights and help distinctively position the product´s USP to ensure deal closure.

● Develop deep expertise on existing and new offerings and facilitate building of

detailed customized pitches and proposals.

● Co-ordinate and close all contractual documentation for closure and revenue collection

● Regularly update sales data in CRM for tracking and analysis.

● Must be fluent (spoken & written) in English and one or both of French and Dutch.



Great to haves:


● Graduate in any specialization

● 5+ years of B2B solution selling experience

● Work experience - B2B selling experience in Enterprise software and products

●Excellent collaboration skills; partnering with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Ops

● Excellent communication skills - managing clients, internal stakeholders, teams and Leadership.
