Role & MissionAs a Web Order Capturing Tool Collaborator, you are responsible for processing and ensuring the quality of customer service requests submitted via the web order capturing tool. You play a key role in preparing service technician visits and act as an important link between customers, planning, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Process incoming web order capturing requests to efficiently prepare service technician visits
- Analyze customer requests to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of the provided information, adapting it when necessary
- Maintain a critical view of the web order capturing tool and actively contribute to its continuous improvement (processes, content, and data quality)
- Identify potential commercial leads and relay them to the Advisory team
- Support the planning of service interventions and act as a reliable back‑up for the Planning team

- Well-organized and structured in the way of working
- Flexible and able to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of VELUX products, services, and processes, or strong willingness to acquire it quickly
- Solid technical background with a genuine interest in technical products and solutions
- Eager to learn and open to expanding skills beyond the current scope
- Stress-resistant and able to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in French and Dutch (FR/NL)
