Project Manager - Life Insurance

Role Overview : As a Project Manager, you will act as a domain expert in Life Insurance and work on large-scale digital transformation projects within the insurance sector. Your role will be to guide stakeholders, structure requirements, and ensure that business decisions are supported by solid and in-depth domain knowledge. You will actively contribute to transformation initiatives aimed at modernizing processes, improving efficiency, and aligning systems with evolving regulatory and business requirements. Acting as a bridge between business and IT, you will play a key role in driving change and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities : Contribute as a subject-matter expert across Group Life domains Analyse business needs, challenge requirements and structure clear, actionable functional insights. Translate business knowledge into recommendations that support project decisions and prioritisation. Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, partners and business teams. Assess impacts, ensure quality of functional inputs and support the delivery lifecycle. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on products, processes and best practices. Your Profile : Proven product management expertise in Life Insurance. Strong understanding of business processes related to Life products. Experience in project management and/or business analysis. Ability to bring structured content, challenge needs and influence decisions with confidence. Excellent analytical, communication and coordination skills.
