In this analyst role, you'll focus on monitoring and analyzing crypto ecosystems, providing insights into on-chain activity, trends, and asset interactions to inform our investment strategies in a compliant, structured environment.
What you'll do
Analyze on-chain data, transaction patterns, and ecosystem metrics across various blockchains to identify key trends and opportunities.
Monitor wallet activities, protocol interactions, and digital asset flows using explorers and tools for accurate reporting.
Review and verify transaction histories to support ecosystem evaluations and internal insights.
Prepare clear reports on crypto ecosystem developments, holdings patterns, and potential impacts on investments.
Collaborate with investment and compliance teams to ensure data-driven decisions align with regulatory standards.
Investigate data discrepancies through detailed blockchain analysis to maintain reliability.
What you need
4+ years in crypto analysis, blockchain ecosystem monitoring, or digital asset research—ideally in investment or financial settings.
Active, hands-on experience with crypto wallets (e.g., MetaMask, Ledger, or multi-chain tools) including regular on-chain transactions, staking, or governance participation.
Proficiency in blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan, others) and understanding of transaction flows and protocol mechanics.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail for complex, high-volume data in fast-paced markets.
Comfort working in a small, collaborative team based in Hong Kong.
Nice to have
Exposure to multiple blockchains and emerging protocols.
Knowledge of Hong Kong's SFC regulations or APAC digital asset guidelines.
Personal ongoing engagement with crypto ecosystems through active wallet usage and on-chain activities.
Compensation & benefits
This full-time role offers a salary of USD 180,000–200,000 per year, plus performance bonuses linked to investment insights and milestones. Our comprehensive benefits include:
