The Harbourview, a 320-room hotel, conveniently located at the waterfront of Wanchai, is now inviting qualified applicants for the following position:-
Job Responsibilities
Assist to develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability for corporate and MICE, ensuring a comprehensive approach to revenue generation within the property.
Develop strategies to explore new markets and segments, identifying untapped opportunities for revenue growth.
Oversee the planning and execution of MICE / group bookings and events, working closely with the events team to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations, industry associations, and local businesses to drive additional sales opportunities.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and market positioning.
Set pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability and market share.
Provide timely information / insights regarding market opportunities and changes of corporate clients' needs.
Handle ad-hoc duty assigned by department head as required.
Job Requirements
Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
Minimum 10-year experience, preferably in hotel or tourism industry of which 3 years are of managerial experience.
Good knowledge of market trend research and market intelligence.
Proactive, capable of developing & implementing sales action plans and explore business opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
