Responsibilities Student Recruitment and Promotion Support recruitment efforts for youth and young adults Design promotional posters, manage social media campaigns, and maintain the S&I website Learning Support Edit and update content on online Seminary and Institute learning platforms Provide training and technical support for students and teachers on online platforms Develop educational activities to support seminary teachers Assist with translation of training materials for teachers and leaders Office Management and Administration Maintain accurate attendance records, calendars, and detailed reports Provide administrative support for meetings, trainings, and travel arrangements Maintain financial records and reports, assist with reimbursement processes Support institute class setup in Wanchai and Kowloon Tong Stakeholder Services Respond professionally and confidentially to inquiries from teachers, students, parents, and Church leaders Ensure smooth office operations through effective supply and equipment management Qualifications Essential Qualifications High school diploma or above A minimum of two years of administrative experience is required Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and verbal), Mandarin proficiency is an advantage Personal Qualities Service-oriented: Humble, professional, willing to go the extra mile Trustworthy: Mature, loyal, and able to maintain confidentiality Quick learner: Adaptable to new technologies, changing workflow, and shifting priorities Self-motivated: Able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team Detail-oriented: Punctual, organized, committed to meeting deadlines Professional Skills Strong communicator: Able to interact respectfully and effectively with diverse stakeholders Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoom, able to learn Church-specific software and new technologies Analytically skilled: Able to handle data, reports, and problem-solving tasks About Us Church employees find joy and satisfaction in using their unique talents and abilities to further the Lord's work.
