Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling professional services. This role is perfect for a driven professional looking to become an integral part of a small, agile and highly successful business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients, projects, and business opportunities to drive growth. Proven ability to close sales deals and consistently drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and freelance professionals, favoring face-to-face contact whenever possible.
  • C-Level Negotiations: Engage in high-level discussions and negotiations with C-suite executives to secure contracts and partnerships.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Networking: Represent The Bayard Partnership at industry events. Leverage your existing network of clients and freelance professionals to generate new business opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of business development experience, preferably in the IT/Technology and Transformation services.
  • C-Level Engagement: Demonstrated experience in discussing and negotiating at the C-level.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a high standard of integrity and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform business strategies.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
