Thaleria is an IT Consulting and Development company founded in Belgium in 2018, specialized in the European and International Organizations market. Since then, the company grew to about 100 professionals as of 2023, while expanding to the private sector as well as creating subsidiaries in France, Luxembourg and Portugal. What you’ll do

Thaleria's client within the Insurance sector in Brussels is currently looking for the following profile:

• Translate client’s objectives, business requirements and user insights in accessible, elegant and usable interfaces.
• Thinking analytically: being able to assess the impact of UI design and usability changes, in collaboration with our data analyst and insight team, is key.
• Enrich our Design System that ensures unified and cohesive experiences across all client’s digital content platforms (Mobile & web).
• Facilitate the fact that UI team items are delivered on time, on scope, and on quality.
• Articulate design choices and communicate concepts and vision to business and technical stakeholders through wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and written specifications.

Qualifications

• Bilingual NL/EN or FR/EN
• Min 5+ years hands-on experience
• Interaction design + Accessibility standards knowledge
• Excellent time and task management: the projects will need to be released on time and on quality
• Strong interpersonal skills: be able to confidently make — and explain — data and user-backed design decisions
• You are curious, a problem solver, quick to pick up things
• You love a team to get things done and are able to mobilize your colleague’s strengths and expertise’s.
