Responsibilities
-Leverage deep knowledge of e-commerce, logistics, and local markets to identify opportunities;
- Introduce and manage local customs brokers, Organize and lead negotiations with business partners and suppliers;
- Manage cooperative relationship and develop partner ecosystems;
- Oversee local customs clearance processes and compliance for import/export;
- Plan and optimize the layout of local customs clearance, work with product colleagues to improve related systems;
- Analyze data and produce reports on customs operations;
- Familiar with all matters and costs of customs clearance, help partners to optimize the process and costs;
Qualifications
- 4+ years of operations experience in a leading freight forwarder or multinational corporation;
- Expertise in local customs clearance processes for import/export shipments;
- Strong project management and systems implementation abilities;
- Results-driven work ethic;
- Excellent data analysis skills;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
