Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our client's team, working on front-office initiatives within an exciting transformation roadmap focused on non-life insurance (new business). You will play a key role in shaping high quality end to end IT solutions that deliver an excellent experience for brokers and partners.
🔎 Your Role
As a Business Analyst, you will bridge business and IT, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, processes are well-modeled, and solutions align with architectural vision and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and documentation activities within the Broker Front product team (non-life insurance scope).
- Translate business needs, architectural guidelines, and standards into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate and participate in stakeholder workshops to gather and validate requirements.
- Model processes and document needs using structured techniques (e.g., use cases, BPMN/UML).
- Ensure alignment and knowledge transfer between business, IT, design teams, and offshore back-office teams.
- Support adherence to design guidelines and keep them up to date.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality IT solutions within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate effectively with both onsite and offshore partners.

✅ Required Experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business/Functional Analyst within large insurance organizations (preferably non-life).
- Experience with analysis and modeling techniques (BPMN, UML, use cases) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Willingness to learn and work with design/modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Adonis).
⭐ Nice to Have
- Relevant certifications (Azure, Data, or BI-related) are considered an asset.
