Senior Project Manager (freelance)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a major program transition for one of our clients. The ideal candidate has strong governance expertise, excellent communication skills, and a structured, goal-driven mindset to ensure project success.

Project Information:

• Duration: Until the end of the year + option to extend
• Working Style: Hybrid
• Work Location: Brussels

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project governance and manage project boards
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Manage project risks and issues proactively
• Plan capacity and manage resources
• Handle project budgets and financial tracking
• Ensure performance management and drive process improvements
• Maintain project documentation and oversee change control
• Manage project timelines effectively

Requirements:

• Master’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management
• Fluent in English + either French/Dutch
