Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Trainer (Hands-On)

Overview

We are seeking a highly practical, hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Trainer to support a major ERP programme in Belgium.

This role is not purely theoretical — we need someone who understands how D365 F&O works in real-world operational environments and can translate complex system processes into clear, structured, business-led training.

You will design, build and deliver end-to-end training across Finance and Operations modules, supporting go-live readiness and long-term user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop structured D365 F&O training programmes

• Create high-quality training materials (slide decks, process guides, user manuals, quick reference cards, e-learning content)

• Deliver instructor-led training (in-person and virtual)

• Run workshops with SMEs and process owners to validate content

• Develop role-based training paths (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, etc.)

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness from a training perspective

• Lead train-the-trainer sessions

• Provide go-live floor walking and hypercare support

• Continuously refine materials based on user feedback

Required Experience

• 5+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

• Proven experience delivering ERP training in complex environments

• Strong hands-on knowledge of:

• General Ledger

• Accounts Payable / Receivable

• Fixed Assets

• Procurement & Sourcing

• Inventory Management

• Supply Chain / Manufacturing (desirable)

• Experience creating structured training materials from scratch

• Comfortable working directly with finance teams and operational stakeholders

• Experience supporting ERP implementations (ideally full lifecycle)

• Able to translate technical configuration into business language

• Fluent English (French or Dutch highly desirable for Belgium-based delivery)

Desirable

• Experience in private equity-backed or carve-out environments

• Experience in industrial, energy, manufacturing, or distribution sectors

• Knowledge of change management frameworks

• Experience using training tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, or similar
