Service description: As part of the implementation of the product operating model, an IT Chapters organization has been introduced to bring IT professionals involved in the delivery of products or projects to the local entities of Elia Group. The primary goals of IT Chapters (organized per expertise area such as UX, Agile, Data, SW, Ops engineering…) are workforce management, productivity enhancement, and governance and standards enforcement along the application lifecycle management. To support our operations and ongoing initiatives, the IT Chapters organization is seeking for an Operation Support Office service covering the below activities (non-exhaustive): Provide administrative support to the IT Chapters organization, including schedule meetings, prepare agendas, manage day-to-day office operations, as well as organize events in Belgium and Germany. Prepare and update Confluence documentation, presentations, reports, and KPI dashboards using PowerPoint and Power BI to support decision-making and transparent communication towards our stakeholders. Track and manage tasks and support resource requests in Jira, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Drive process improvement initiatives (e.g. L&D, KPI) and contribute to the evolution of internal practices (change & transition management). Facilitate clear communication and proactive coordination among stakeholders in Belgium and Germany (e.g. HR, Procurement, Controlling, Customers) to ensure effective collaboration and compliance. Requirements: Experience: 3+ years proven experiences in similar position (preferably in an IT or corporate environment). Relevant degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or related fields Service oriented and ability to work autonomously Able to document processes and guidelines to larger audience Technical: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Jira and Confluence (or similar ticketing/project management tools). Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Stay positive, constructive and resilient in any situations Able to engage professionally at all levels. Language Requirements: Fluent English (mandatory); proficiency in French or Dutch preferred. German is a plus. Other: Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Additional information: Starting date: 16/03/2026 the latest Location: Elia Brussels, with the option to work from home up to three days a week.
