Role overview
Are you a driven professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and delivering results? As a key account manager, you will be the trusted partner for our most valued clients, fostering relationships that drive mutual success. Acting as the primary point of contact, you meet with purchasers, VP purchasing, Engineering managers, quality managers, and you are present in quality, delivery, and operations meetings to safeguard customer interests and resolve issues quickly. This way, you build bridges between the customer and internal teams. You will ensure client satisfaction by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions. Collaborating closely with our internal teams, you will lead strategic initiatives that create value for both the client and our organization.
In the start, you will be the key contact to one of our major customers, within the Team Industries Group and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating quarterly pricelists, for your main Key Accounts, taken into consideration the raw material levels, and labourconditions from the various countries where we are producing parts.
