Role Description:

We are seeking a Geospatial Surveyor for a full-time, site-based position in Mons, Belgium .

The role will involve high-accuracy setting out, control establishment, 3D laser scanning, and as-built verification on a live construction project. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team, ensuring that survey data supports both site operations and digital model coordination.

This is a hands-on site role requiring technical competence, attention to detail, and the ability to operate confidently within a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain primary and secondary control networks
• Carry out high-precision setting out for structural and MEP elements
• Perform terrestrial 3D laser scanning and associated QA/QC checks
• Process and validate survey data for coordination and reporting
• Produce clear, accurate survey deliverables for site and project teams
• Liaise with site management, BIM teams, and subcontractors

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in geospatial surveying within construction environments
• Strong setting out background on large-scale projects
• Proficiency with GPS/GNSS systems, robotic total stations, and 3D laser scanners
• Experience processing and analysing survey data
• Working knowledge of 3D modelling and CAD environments
• Strong attention to detail and structured reporting capability
• Ability to operate effectively within multidisciplinary site teams
• Degree in Geomatics, Surveying, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
• Understanding of construction health and safety procedures
