The Opportunity Are you passionate about cloud technologies, infrastructure management, and digital transformation? One of our trusted partners in the IT & Telecom industry is expanding their IT & Cloud portfolio and is looking for a talented Product Manager to join their team. In this strategic role, you will lead the development and evolution of IT & Cloud services, working cross-functionally with technical, operational, and commercial teams to ensure seamless integration and innovation. As Product Manager, you will: Become a subject-matter expert on the company's IT & Cloud portfolio and service strategy. Gather and centralize requirements around ICT management, asset tracking, and vulnerability management solutions. Translate needs into a clear product roadmap and delivery milestones. Prioritize and manage feature backlogs in collaboration with technical and operational stakeholders. Establish project governance and ensure smooth coordination across departments. Organize testing and dry runs before deployment to guarantee service reliability. Create clear documentation for both internal teams and clients. Monitor risks and proactively define mitigation strategies. Provide regular updates on integration progress and performance. Background & Skills Master's degree or equivalent through experience. Strong track record in product/project management. Solid understanding of ICT infrastructures, cloud platforms, asset & mobile device management. Experience working in international and cross-functional environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
