• 📊 Drive Performance : Track KPIs (revenue, average basket, conversion rate), analyze data & propose action plans to surpass targets.
• 🤝 Lead & Inspire : Recruit, coach & motivate a team of 4–6 through regular briefs and hands-on support.
• 🛠 Ensure Operational Excellence : Enforce procedures (inventory, cash, back-office), optimize schedules & maintain visual merchandising standards.
• 💖 Deliver a Premium Customer Experience : Create a warm welcome, foster loyalty & embody the brand’s values.
• 📋 Manage Back-Office : Handle scheduling, HR administration, budget tracking & reporting to leadership.

🔍 Ideal Profile

✔️ Proven experience managing a 4–6 person store in retail

✔️ Analytical mindset & strong grasp of numbers to turn data into action

✔️ Natural leader with a passion for coaching & team building

✔️ Enthusiastic about fashion, lifestyle & customer experience

✔️ Detail-oriented, proactive & results-driven

✔️ Languages: Professional fluency in Dutch (Flemish) and/or English; French is a plus
