What you'll do:

• Organize operations: Efficiently plan and allocate resources, manage warehouse start-ups and shutdowns, coordinate leave schedules, and align with other teams.

• Lead people: Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate your team to ensure high performance and engagement.

• Solve issues: Respond to incidents, execute small interventions, and coordinate larger operational solutions.

• Communicate clearly: Keep all stakeholders informed, participate in meetings, and oversee outbound shipments.

• Drive projects: Contribute to initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency and performance in the DC.

• Ensure quality & safety: Implement and monitor standards, proactively resolve issues, and promote a secure workplace.

Who you are:

• Experienced in warehouse operations with strong technical skills.

• Flexible with shift work (weekly rotations between 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00).

• Process-oriented with knowledge of systems and workflows.

• A strong people manager with excellent communication skills.

• A collaborative team player with a background in automation and leadership.
