Are you ready to support large-scale digital services that impact millions of users across Europe? &##We’re looking for a Senior Application Support Agent to join our Brussels-based team and help ensure smooth operations for business-critical applications in an international environment.
&##Be the first point of contact for end users (application questions & incidents)
✅ Monitor and coordinate ticket resolution with IT teams
✅ Escalate complex cases to development teams and follow up until closure
✅ Contribute to team operations, performance reviews, and service improvement
&##3+ years of experience in application support / service support
⭐ Comfortable working in an ITIL-based support environment
