The Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor plays a key role in ensuring that TSL’s projects are delivered safely, responsibly, and in full compliance with statutory requirements. This role supports our commitment to creating high-quality, future-focused environments by promoting a proactive safety culture, guiding project teams on best practices, and ensuring that all EHS standards are consistently implemented across our construction sites. Working closely with project managers and the wider EHS team, the Advisor helps safeguard the wellbeing of all personnel, protects the environment, and upholds TSL’s reputation for excellence in safe project delivery. TSL Job Description – EHS Advisor Initiating and implementing the company’s health and safety policy to prevent injury, ill health, damage, and wastage. • Promoting the company’s health and safety policy and ensuring that it is brought to the attention of all employees. • Reprimanding any member of staff failing to discharge satisfactorily their responsibilities for health and safety. • Ensuring that all site operatives and sub-contractors are provided with a suitable induction where appropriate. • Ensuring all projects have suitable welfare and site setup facilities in place. •
