Human Resources Director Benelux

Are you a strategic and hands-on HR leader ready to take on a high-impact role in a dynamic environment?

We are currently looking for an HR Director Benelux to join a leading company. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the people agenda across the region and contributing to the business’s continued growth and transformation.

Your mission:

As HR Director Benelux, you will :

• Define and implement the HR strategy, aligned with the global HR roadmap
• Lead and develop a team of local HR professionals
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all people-related matters
• Support organizational change, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and manage relationships with social partners
• Oversee key HR processes including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and learning & development

Your profile:

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles
• Proven track record in multi-site environments, international experience is an asset
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation
• Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French & English
