Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Data Assistant / Data Entry Clerk based in Hong Kong SAR. The role involves accurately entering and updating data into various systems, maintaining data organization, and performing regular data quality checks. The Data Assistant will also support data management tasks, such as organizing and storing data, and collaborating with team members both in the office and remotely. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and consistency in handling data. Qualifications Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics Strong Data Management and Databases skills Excellent Communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and processing Familiarity with common data entry tools and software Ability to manage schedules and work independently for remote tasks Experience in handling sensitive and confidential data is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data-related fields is an advantage
