Are you ready to be the vital link that transforms ambitious engineering visions into tangible project success?

We’re looking for a Buyer to play a central role from the very start of each project, shaping sourcing strategies, driving contract negotiations, and steering supplier performance. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all procurement activities align with project goals, client needs, and corporate policies.

• Lead the development and execution of project procurement strategies from pre-sales to completion.
• Manage calls for tenders, negotiations, and contract finalizations to secure the best quality, cost, and timing outcomes.
• Ensure strategic alignment and compliance with company policies and project objectives across all procurement phases.
• Identify and manage supplier risks, build strong relationships, and establish long-term framework agreements.
• Contribute to procurement performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, including project procurement.
• Experience with FIDIC or NEC contracts and claim management is benefical.
• Strong contract negotiation and management skills with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English and Dutch is a big plus.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
