Project Manager

We are looking for a
Project Manager
to lead the coordination and implementation of Parcel Lockers in Brussels. In this role, you ensure smooth installations and rollouts, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, and drive process improvements with a focus on sustainability. You will also oversee project leaders, monitor progress, and ensure quality, timing, and budget targets are achieved.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of parcel locker projects, from planning to rollout.
• Coordinate installations, replacements, and removals of parcel lockers.
• Manage and coach project leaders, ensuring efficient teamwork and growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and external partners.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, updates, and milestone tracking.

What we expect from you:

• Experience as a Project Manager or Project Leader
• Background in
  Supply Chain and Logistics
• Fluency in
  Dutch AND French
  ; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills.
• Interest in
  sustainability
  and ability to work effectively with public sector stakeholders.
