Job Title: ITAM – ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Luxembourg / Brussels (Onsite as required) or Remote from Europe
Target Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 Month initial contract + Extension
Rate: €350–€450 EUR/day (inclusive of travel costs)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management (ITAM) – ServiceNow Business Analyst to support ongoing ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) within ServiceNow, strong functional/business analysis capabilities, and experience working in enterprise environments.
This role allows remote work from any country in Europe, with occasional travel to Brussels or Luxembourg required for onboarding, laptop pickup/return, or operational/technical needs.
Professional Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 1+ year hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations, specifically Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities
- ITAM / HAM process knowledge
- Workflow and process design expertise
- Experience with Integration Hub
- Experience with Flow Designer
- Familiarity with ITSM practices
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Business Analysis activities within the ServiceNow ITAM/HAM domain.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for ServiceNow modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional requirements into system specifications.
- Support ServiceNow configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Participate in ITAM/HAM process design, optimization, and governance.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business needs and project goals.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and end-user guidance as required.
Preferred Certifications - NOT MANDATORY (any of the following):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Flow Designer Certification
- Hardware Asset Management CIS
- Integration Hub Certification
