Statistical Surveys Expert

You will work on international projects/studies across various sectors and topics, such as health, sustainability, consumption and social issues, energy providers, household appliances, and high-tech devices.

• The survey implementation phases: defining the methodology and sampling approach, gathering information on survey topics and contacting experts in the field, building the questionnaires in English and translating/adapting them to the Belgian context.
• Statistical analysis of data in SPSS, interpretation of results, and preparation of technical reports in English.
• Communication of results to internal stakeholders, institutions, and media.
• Participate in meetings to discuss methodology and results and collaborate with internal offices for the publication/follow-up of results.

• You have a master's degree in Statistics or Sociology or equivalent.
• Experience in applied statistics and social research methodology or a similar position will be valued.
• You have practical expertise in questionnaire construction and applied statistical analysis (descriptive, univariate, multivariate…).
• You have good skills in the use of SPSS.
• You easily interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
• You are open-minded, impartial and stress-resistant.
• You practice English as a working language and understand the two national languages well.
