Technical Lead

We are seeking a Nuclear Project - Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and ensure project success by coordinating complex engineering efforts.

You will act as the bridge between project management and engineering teams, ensuring technical coherence. You will oversee the integration of multidisciplinary inputs and manage technical risks and deliverables. Your focus will be on aligning technical outcomes with client requirements, within budget and time constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main technical interface, coordinating efforts between project managers, clients, and discipline experts.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of project deliverables such as design studies and technical specifications.
• Conduct design reviews and manage technical risks.
• Draft technical documentation based on inputs from various stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving processes and integrating lessons learned across projects.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in engineering with a strong understanding of nuclear field.
• About 5 years of experience in nuclear projects.
• Experience coordinating diverse engineering disciplines.
• Knowledge of various technical areas, such as process, safety, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering.
• Fluency in English, with French or Dutch.
