DESCRIPTION:
The Sales Person will support commercial activities aligned with the Company’s business goals. Responsibilities include lead generation and market research; client outreach and presentations, especially targeting private security providers and maritime tourism stakeholders; customer onboarding and follow-up to ensure a smooth experience; administrative support Téthys Bootcamp and sales outreach for Téthys Beacon, an AI supported security trend solution.
PROFILE:
Experience: 1–5 years in B2B sales, ideally within the maritime, security, tourism, or SaaS sectors.
Sales Ability: Demonstrable success in lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure. Experience with consultative sales methods is an advantage.
Sector Insight: Knowledge of private security services and/or interest in the maritime tourism industry is highly desirable.
Tech Proficiency: Confident using CRM systems and digital communication tools, as well as basic web-based platforms (e.g. user/admin coordination on
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in French or another language is an asset.
Client Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first approach, able to manage onboarding and follow-up independently.
Self-Motivated: Capable of working autonomously, managing priorities, and achieving commercial targets with minimal supervision.
Values Driven: A genuine interest in maritime governance, human rights, or sustainability is a distinct advantage.

COMPENSATION:
to be revisisted after 6 months in view of permanent position:
Base Payment: The Commercial Specialist shall receive a monthly base fee of four hundred Euros (EUR 400), exclusive of VAT, for up to sixteen (16) hours of services per month. The Base Payment is a guaranteed monthly payment;
Performance Payment: For any services exceeding the sixteen (16) hours covered by the base fee, the Commercial Specialist shall be compensated at a rate of twenty-five Euros (EUR 25) per hour.
Commission Payment: A performance-based commission, payable on a monthly basis, consisting of:
a) Twenty five percent (25%) of the net revenue received by the Company from each new signed subscription customer, defined as a corporate client that has completed the full registration process and is recorded as the invoice recipient; and
b) Seven and a half percent (7.5%) of the net revenue received by the Company from each enrolled student in Téthys Bootcamp, defined as an individual who has signed up for a course and whose participation has triggered the automated payment process.
