Car Fleet Support


You will join a dynamic Corporate Operations Management Team and provide support with the administration and coordination of the car fleet across 10 European countries.


Your responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day fleet administration such as vehicle orders, fuel management, mileage analysis.
  • Manage incoming emails and invoice checks.
  • Act as the first point of contact for drivers and suppliers across multiple countries via phone and email.
  • Support the team with various operational and administrative tasks as needed.

What are we looking for?

As a Car Fleet Support you have following skills:

  • Initial work experience in an administrative role is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Clear communication skills and good time management.
  • Business proficiency in English, plus fluency in at least one of the following languages: Czech, Dutch, French, German, Polish, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian or Hungarian.
  • Driving license required.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • A team player with an international mindset.
  • Available for an interim contract of 18 months, with the possibility of a permanent position.
