As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Serving as the first point of contact, you'll support our customers through phone, chat, and email, ensuring their questions are answered and their issues are resolved with care and professionalism.
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the relevant internal teams while ensuring the customer is kept informed throughout
Native knowledge of Flemish(C2) and good command of English (B2)
Previous experience in a customer support or customer-facing role is an advantage
