The Role
As our Tech Lead, you will be the cornerstone of our technical strategy and execution. You will lead the development of our core infrastructure, ensuring the security, efficiency, and scalability of our on-chain activities. This is a high-impact role where you will manage both internal development and high-level external collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
* Validator Infrastructure: Architect, deploy, and maintain high-performance Solana validator nodes to secure the network and optimize staking yields.
* Infrastructure R&D: Deep-dive into Solana core components, including node optimization, RPC services, and emerging tech like Firedancer.
* MEV & Yield Strategy: Research and implement MEV (Maximal Extractable Value) strategies to enhance treasury returns.
* Smart Contract Development: Design and audit secure Rust-based programs (Smart Contracts) for treasury operations and on-chain financial products.
* Team Leadership & Outsourcing: Build and mentor an elite internal technical team; coordinate and manage high-quality external developer teams and security auditors.
* Technical Roadmap: Align the technical vision with the company's treasury goals, staying ahead of Solana ecosystem updates (e.g., Agave, SIMD proposals).
Qualifications
* Experience: 3-5 years of solid software engineering experience. A background in Top-tier Internet/Tech Giants (e.g., Tencent, Alibaba, ByteDance, Google) is highly preferred.
* Web3 Expertise: Proven experience in the Solana ecosystem. Deep understanding of Solana's unique architecture (Proof of History, Sealevel, Gulf Stream).
* Technical Stack: Proficiency in Rust is a must. Familiarity with C/C++, Go, or Python for infrastructure tooling is a plus.
* Project Management: Demonstrated experience leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
* Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal), capable of collaborating with global partners like Pantera.
* Problem Solver: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot low-level system issues and optimize performance under high-concurrency environments.
